NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. No refunds.

2. No chargebacks: You agree not to imitate chargebacks or disputes. 

3. Verification: You confirm that you are the authorized payment method holder.

Exchanges - (if applicable)

• If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at jjcosmetix.shop@gmail.com
• We only replace an item(s) if we have sent you the wrong item(s). To qualify for exchange, everything must be in their original condition. Emails must include order number and pictures to verify. 
• You must contact us to get your exchange request approved and processed. 

JJ Cosmetix LLC is not responsible for any LED light damages. In the event you do receive a light that was damaged you MUST contact us with in 24 Hours of receiving your package to be eligible for an exchange. After 24 hours there will not be any exchanges, returns, or refunds.
